After the Yin yoga session, you’ll join a Singing Bowl Meditation workshop, where you’ll learn how the soothing sounds of metal bowls can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. In the afternoon, participate in Eye yoga, designed to improve vision and eye health, followed by a fun and challenging Bosu-Ball workout to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.
For dinner, enjoy a self-guided meal, choosing your own food and dining experience. Afterward, you can choose between a calming salt room meditation, believed to improve respiratory health and reduce stress, or Hydropathy, using water therapies like hot and cold baths or hydro massage to relieve muscle tension and relax.
